二、主要研究方向

研究方向为农产品加工、食品营养与健康、天然产物功能性评价。目前指导硕士研究生8人。

目前主研河北省科技计划项目1 项，主研河北省自然基金青年项目1 项，主研石家庄市科技计划项目1项。发表学术论文30余篇，申请发明专利2项。
